Can I choose Utility to avoid Marketing Cost?

You can select any category, but Meta reviews the actual content of your template. If your message doesn’t match the category you picked, Meta may recategorize or reject it.

Is there a cost difference between categories?

Yes, each category has its own cost.

How long does template approval take?

Approval time depends on Meta’s review process. Your template’s status will update automatically as it moves through Pending Review to Approved or Rejected.

Can I Use Templates Already Created in Meta's WhatsApp Manager?

Yes. Click Sync Templates on the Templates dashboard to pull in any templates created directly in your WhatsApp Business Account.

Can I Send a Draft or Pending Review Template?

No. Only templates with an Approved status can be sent. Drafts and templates still in review won’t appear in the send list.
