Understanding Campaign Analytics

Once a campaign has been sent, Campaign Analytics shows you exactly what happened to every message, from delivery all the way through to replies and failures.

Overview

To see a campaign’s analytics, go to Campaigns, find the campaign, and click View Details. On the left, you’ll see the campaign’s details and a preview of the message that was sent. The rest of the page breaks down how that message performed, using overview cards and a set of matching tabs.

Why Use Campaign Analytics?

Campaign Analytics tells you whether your message actually reached people, and what they did with it. That’s what lets you judge whether a campaign worked, and whether it’s worth adjusting your template, audience, or timing next time.

Key Concepts

Seven cards summarize how your campaign performed. Each one shows a count and a percentage of your total contacts.

Clicking any of the tabs below the cards, Overview, Sent (Not Delivered), Delivered (Not Read), Read, Replied, Failed, or Invalid, shows you the contacts behind that number.

Note

Understanding Failed Messages

The Failed tab gives you the most detail, since a failed message can happen for several reasons.
