Schedule a Campaign

Not every campaign needs to go out the moment you create it. Scheduling lets you set up a campaign now and have it send automatically at a future date and time.

Why Schedule a Campaign?

Scheduling is useful any time you want your message to land at a specific moment, rather than as soon as you finish setting it up.

  • Planning around a product launch or sale that starts on a specific date
  • Sending at a time when your audience is more likely to be active
  • Preparing a campaign in advance so it's ready to go without you needing to be online at send time
  • Coordinating with your team so a campaign goes out at the same time as other marketing activity

Steps

Scheduling happens on the last step of creating a Broadcast Campaign, right before you create it.

  1. Go through the campaign creation steps as usual: Campaign Details, Select Audience, and Template Selection.
  2. On the Review & Create step, turn on the Schedule Campaign toggle.
  3. Enter the Date and Time you want the campaign to send.
  4. Review the campaign details and create.

Your campaign is created in a Scheduled state and will automatically send at the date and time you selected. You don’t need to keep Onbbits open or be online.
