Campaigns are built for growth. Instead of messaging people one by one, a Campaign lets you send the message to a large group at once. You can use campaigns for:
Onbbits supports two types of Campaigns, and the right one depends on how you want to send your message.
A Broadcast Campaign sends a message to a bulk list of contacts directly through Onbbits. This is the one you’ll reach for most often for marketing sends, like a new product announcement or a limited-time offer.
A Broadcast Campaign doesn’t have to go out to your entire contact list. You can target a specific, filtered audience instead, so the message reaches the right people with the right template.
You can start a Broadcast Campaign from two places: the Campaigns section, or directly from your Contacts list if you already have the audience selected.
An API Campaign is built for businesses that already have their own system, such as an ERP or another software platform, and want to trigger WhatsApp messages from there instead of logging into Onbbits each time. This is the option to use when you want messaging to scale alongside your existing tools, without adding a manual step in Onbbits.
